I came across your blog and saw the pictures of the gum wall! I currently live in Washington and have gone there quite a few times. Of course not for the gum but for the fresh fruit, and the flowers.
Stumbled on your blog and saw this picture. I'd be curious to know what the 1st most germ infested tourist attraction must be if not this? I guarantee my 3 year old son would put his hands all over that wall some of the gum would probably find its way to his mouth. Oi, we lived in Tacoma for just over seven years. (We recently moved to Virginia) Why hadn't I heard about this wall!? I would've stopped by! :)

that is so funny, we have a "famous" gum wal in San Luis Obispo ca., it looks like the same sticky mess!
