I have to share a recent reality check. Today I went into Central Market with Addison in the front pack and holding onto Ellie's hand. A kind older gentleman (maybe 75-80) came up to me and patted me on the arm and said,"Bless you, Bless you." "You look like you need a nap."
Didnt quite know what to say, so I just smiled and wondered how big the bags under my eyes are. It might be time to try a new under eye concealer. No, I am not posting a picture!

Wow...nothing like the "you look tired" comment to make you feel like a super model! :) He must remember what it is like to have kids :) Wish we could live close and trade off kids while we get a nap :)
Ok lins, that is hallarious! Now I am entitled to say that because I am right there with ya. I have this constant pressure behind my eyes...i think its because of lack of sleep.
Linsey, you handled that well! What a kind gentleman to take notice and realize that Mom's do a lot and do get tired. You are doing great with what all five active and fun girls take in raising them!
I know what you mean, I think I have constant dark circles under my eyes that will never go away. Your a great mommy anyway.
